Background The cytoskeleton consists of three types of cytosolic fibers: microfilaments (actin filaments), intermediate filaments, and microtubules. Cells were stained with a GFAP mouse monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-12023) at a dilution of 1:200 in 3% BSA in PBS for 1 hr at RT, and then incubated with Invitrogen™ AlexaFluor™ 488 Plus goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (Product # A32723) at a dilution of 1:1000 for 1 hr at RT. Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized mouse primary neural mix culture cells labelling GFAP with ab68428 at 1/250 dilution, followed by ab150077 AlexaFluor ® 488 Goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green).
